“ Very straight forward process. No human contact necessary. Could not have gone smoother.” - Mr J Talbot
Directions
Leave the M11 at junction 8 if you are travelling southbound, and junction 8a if you are travelling northbound. At the motorway roundabout, follow the signs for Stansted airport. At the next roundabout go straight on for Round Coppice Road, following the signs for the Long Stay car park. Go straight on at the next roundabout. You will pass the Hilton on your left. Continue past the entrance to Long Stay and follow Round Coppice Road until you see the turning for JetParks on the left.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, the car park's vehicle recognition system will read your number plate and print you a ticket with your booking reference. Once the barrier has opened, find an available space in the car park and then make your way to one of the bus stops. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button.
If you return out of hours, between 10pm and 4am, you will need to get a transfer with the Long Stay car park. Press the intercom button at the transfer stop and tell the operator you need a transfer from Jetparks. The Long Stay transfer bus will come and get you.
We recommend that you allow 35 minutes to check your car into the car park and transfer to the airport.
Return procedure
On your return, please catch the transfer bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. When you've collected your car, drive up to the exit barrier and insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. Do not insert your credit card at the barrier as you may be charged again. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button.

Cheap parking, but transfer service to the terminal was atrocious. Bus took 50 mins to turn up, and despite using the help box in the shelter no one answered the call. If you use Jet Parks, ensure you allow extra time in case of poor transfer service. Likewise waited 25 mins on the way back from the terminal to the car park.

The reason for 3 is because it took me 45 minutes from the time I entered the car park to the airport. Busses did not run frequency of 15 minutes. No clear information as to what time the bus will arrive. Found it confusing. Return journey was ok.

I left my car for 4 nights at the Jetpark long term car park (zoneV), on arring to pick it up the engine would not start because the car's wiring had been chewed up by rodents leaving me stranded for 9 hours waiting for the AA! I have videos of the rats running around but mamagement say I parked at my own risk so are not taking any responsibility whatsoever!
