Aberdeen Airpark

This is an off-site car park, two miles from the airport which is open from 4 a.m. until the last flight. Transfer buses run on demand. Keys should be left with the operator so that they can park your car on arrival and move it to the departure bays for your return. There is no restriction on type of vehicle although additional charges apply for certain larger vehicles. Full details are available from the operator.

Directions

From the North:
Follow the A96 to the NEW airport roundabout, clearly signposted for the airport. Turn left at the roundabout and go straight on through three separate sets of traffic lights. After the third set of traffic lights, turn left onto Dyce Drive and follow the road through Kirkhill Industrial estate. Then travel 50 yards past the last set of lights in Kirkhill estate and turn left onto Cairn Industrial Park. Drive straight up this road for 0.5 miles, then bear left at the top in front of two houses. Continue for a further 100 yards, turn right and Aberdeen Airpark is on the left.

From the South:
Follow the main road through Aberdeen and Bucksburn and to the NEW A96 Airport junction which is clearly signposted for the airport. Take the 3rd lane and turn right at the junction and then follow the directions as above from Kirkhill industrial estate.

From A947 Banaff/Oldmedrum:
Before reaching Dyce, but after passing below the new cycle track bridge, drive over the river Don to just past the 'Welcome to the City of Aberdeen' sign and turn right. Follow the road for 1 mile passing a caravan park on your left. Carry on over the bridge past signposts for Kinaldie and Overton. Just before the lights, turn right - marked Cairn Industrial park. Drive straight up this road for 0.5 miles, then bear left at the top in front of two houses. Continue for a further 100 yards, turn right and Aberdeen Airpark is in front of you on the left.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, park in the arrival bays and check in at reception. Hand in your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and your car keys. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport.

Departure procedure

Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park.

Airpark takes your flight details at check-in and will meet you from your return flight. Your car will be in the departure bays for your return.

If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

Security

The site is fully secured with fencing and 24 hour staff patrols. The car park holds the Secured Car Parks Award and the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Insurance

Cars are covered for damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of employees or agents of the car park.

No special facilities available.

Additional information

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure at the car parks standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

There is no height restriction but there will be an additional charge made for over-long vehicles such as LWB transit vans etc. If you are unsure if this will affect you, please ring the provider you booked with.

Booking for this package cannot be cancelled or amended once booked and no refunds will be made.
