Amendments
To make amendments on a booking you've made, if you've booked and paid through Airport Parking Shop you can amend or cancel your booking online. If your booking was paid for on the provider's site and you have a confirmation email from a provider, you will need to contact whichever company the booking was made with: APH, BCP, FHR, Essential Travel, Purple Parking, Park and Go, or Skyparksecure. Our email pop up will automatically set the subject of the mail to 'amendment/cancellation' so the relevant company will know the nature of your email. Please remember to quote your booking reference number within the mail so the representatives can find your details quickly and efficiently.
APH, BCP, FHR, Essential Travel, Holiday Extras and Purple Parking do not charge administration fees for amendments made up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time (except on certain promotional offers which are non-amendable).
Park and Go do not charge administration fees if outside of 24 hours of first parking date (except on certain promotional offers which are non-amendable). If within 24 hours, then a charge of £7.50 or 50% of the cost of parking (whichever is smaller) is applied.
SkyParkSecure - Amendments made with more than 24 hours notice will be charged an amendment fee of £5.00 (except on certain promotional offers which are non-amendable; where applicable this will be stated in the car park description/information).
Cancellations
Depending on the supplier used and the notice period, there may be a cancellation charge. At the time of writing the cancellation charges for each supplier are as follows:
APH
Over 24 hours notice: No charge.
Within 24 hours of first parking date: No refund given
BCP
Up until 23:59 the day before departure date: A cancellation fee of £10.50 for parking and lounges or £15 for hotels or hotel and parking packages will be charged, with the exception of non-flexible products and promotional offers which are are non-refundable.
On the day of departure: No refund given.
FHR
Over 24 hours notice: Unless a cancellation fee waiver has been paid, the fee is £10.00 per reservation, with the exception of non-flexible promotional offers, Advance Purchase and Super Saver options which are are non-refundable.
Within 24 hours of first parking date: No refund given
If your return is delayed and you have been away for longer than you have booked, you will need to pay the difference on return, direct to the car park, at their standard daily rate. No refund is available for unused part stays.
Please note that if you do not arrive on the date booked to park your car then your booking will be forfeited.
Purple Parking
Up until 23:59 the day before departure date: A cancellation fee of £10.50 for parking and lounges or £15 for hotels or hotel and parking packages will be charged, with the exception of non-flexible products and promotional offers which are are non-refundable.
On departure date: No refund given.
Park and Go
Over 24 hours notice: £7.50 administration fee
Within 24 hours of first parking date: No refund given
SkyParkSecure
Over 72 hours notice: £10.00 administration fee (except on certain promotional offers which are non-refundable and a few select products with 14-day notice periods; please see Skyparksecure's Terms & Conditions for details). Within 72 hours of first parking date: No refund given.
Essential Travel
Up until 23:59 the day before departure date: A cancellation fee of £10.50 for parking and lounges or £15 for hotels or hotel and parking packages will be charged, with the exception of non-flexible products and promotional offers which are are non-refundable.
On the day of departure: No refund given.
Holiday Extras
Up until 23:59 the day before departure date: A cancellation fee of £10.50 for parking and lounges or £15 for hotels or hotel and parking packages will be charged, with the exception of non-flexible products and promotional offers which are are non-refundable.
