Directions

Exit the A96 at Dyce Drive roundabout and take the first exit if you're coming from the West, or the third exit if you're coming from the East. Follow signs for Long Stay (East). Continue along Dyce Drive, and take the first right onto Wellheads Drive. Follow the road right round in an arc. The car park will be on your left.

Arrival procedure

When you arrive at the car park, please drive up to the barrier and wait for the number plate recognition to check your plate, then take your ticket and enter the car park. Remember to keep this ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it to leave the car park when you get back.

Please park your car and unload your bags, then head to the bus stop and catch the transfer to the terminal. Your car won't be moved while you're away, as you will keep hold of your keys.

Return procedure

On your return, simply head outside to the bus stop and catch a free transfer back to the car park.

Transfers run between 4am and 11pm, but the car park will still operate transfers outside of these times for any flights that have been delayed.

When you are ready to leave, you need to put your ticket into the exit barrier to lift it and you're free to head home.

Security

The car park is secured with CCTV and regular security patrols for added peace of mind. It holds the Park Mark, Safer Parking award.

Disabled facilities

The car park has 30 disabled spaces for Blue Badge holders and two buses with easy wheelchair access.

Service excellent on way to airport as bus waiting and taken immediately by a friendly driver. Unfortunately our experience on the way back will mean that we won't be using again. On arriving back you have to come outside the terminal and use a dedicated pink phone and due to the house of planes it took 4 attempts before I knew that the guy was asking which car park. I then had to call again after 15 to 20 mins as the bus hadn't arrived to be told that they would check. After waiting another 5 mins called again. Thankfully it was a nice day but having arrived back tired after flying back originally from New York, the wait was too long. Will be using Aberdeen Airpark the next time as we've done for a few years previously.

Ordinarily good but do not contemplate using whilst Wellheads Road is closed. Over 30 minutes waiting for pick up. No apology

Been using the car park weekly for over 1 year and getting fed up. Despite entering flight information, no effort is made to meet passengers on there arrival. Pick up from the time of phone call has increased over the last few months to 20 minutes plus, this is unacceptable when the journey to the car park is only 5 minutes. if I am not picked up promptly on Thursday you have lost a customer.
