Can I cancel my airport lounge?
Yes, you can cancel the airport lounge free of charge. However, if you booked it with airport parking, make sure you do not cancel the parking if you still intend to use it.
What food and drink are available in the lounge?
There is often a buffet that has vegan and gluten-free options but please check with each individual lounge for dietary requirements. Lounge passes often include a wide variety of drinks including juices, water, soft drinks plus alcoholic beverages. The exact details of the food and drink are dependent on the lounge.
Can I extend my time in the lounge if my flight is delayed?
You should be able to extend your time in the lounge if there are delays to your flight, but please speak to reception so they can confirm.
