Birmingham Go Airport Parking Meet and Greet

Directions

From all directions please follow signs to Birmingham Airport, then follow the Arrival and Return procedures as described in your confirmation.

Arrival procedure

Please make sure that you call Go Airport Parking Meet and greet when you are 20 minutes away from the airport on 0121 272 7799 option 1.

On arrival at Birmingham International Airport, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Car Park 3 Valet Parking", then go through the barrier and collect a ticket to hand to your Chauffeur. Please park your vehicle in the designated Maple Manor Parking bay and a uniformed chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your ticket and vehicle.

Please allow extra journey time due to ongoing roadworks.

If you are going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

Please remove all other keys before handing your vehicle key to the driver.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the car park on 0121 272 7799 option 1 when you have collected all your luggage. As you exit the terminal building, please follow the signs to "Car Park 3 Valet Parking" where you dropped the car off. Your vehicle will be returned to the designated Maple Manor Parking bays by a uniformed chauffeur.

Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier.

Security

Your car will be stored at a secure car park with CCTV located 2-5 miles away from the airport. Photographic vehicle inspections on collection.

Disabled facilities

This service is perfect for disabled customers as there is no need to get a transfer bus and wider bays are available.

If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
