Birmingham Park Up Meet and Greet

This convenient parking service lets you drop your car off with a uniformed chauffeur outside the terminal, so you can just walk inside and board your flight while your car is parking in a secured car park away from the terminal. When you get back, your chauffeur will bring your car back to you and hand back your keys.

Directions

Make sure you call the car park 15-20 minutes before you arrive on 07872 18652, 07872 186536 or 07872 186545.
Follow the signs to Birmingham airport. Stay in the right-hand lane when you arrive at Birmingham International Airport and follow it all the way to 'Valet Parking customers only'.

Arrival procedure

Take a ticket from the barrier and head to bays 25-27 and 39-42. Your driver will be carrying ID and waiting to meet you there. Hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you while you head into the terminal - it's a short 2-minute walk.

Return procedure

After you've collected your luggage and passed into arrivals, walk back to the Valet Parking car park and meet the driver there. They'll give you a ticket allowing you to exit the car park without paying, and then you're on your way home.

Security

Your car is parked less than 10 miles from the airport. The car park is secured by security fencing, CCTV, floodlighting and regular staff patrols. Uniformed chauffeurs collect your car.

Important

Vehicle size: Most standard short-wheelbase cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Early/Late Charges: If you collect the car earlier or later than booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20. Please note this is subject to change.

Disabled Facilities

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.
