The process was easy to use, but not best for us particularly.
We didn't have to wait long for the transfer, but once it arrived we didn't leave for 15 minutes.
Altogether we added an hour to our journey by using Purple Parking. Next time we will pay the extra £20 and park at the airport.

It worked well despite the computer system being down, staff were good.

On arrival you leave keys in car and it is parked for you and returned for pick up. Service was great, but i had a vw bottle opener that came with car in its place in small storage compartment. But a week after returning home i noticed it was missing....
