Please drive directly to the airport terminal following the arrival procedure.
Arrival procedure
You will be called 20-30 minutes before your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you don't receive a call, please call us on the number in your confirmation when you are 15 -20 minutes away from the terminal.
On arriving at the airport, please follow the signs for the Drop & Go area located to the nearside of the Arrival Terminal Building. Then take a ticket from the barrier and turn right immediately as you enter the Drop & Go car park towards the exit barriers. Please park your vehicle in Bays 9-12.
You will then be greeted by the chauffeur wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly company logo on it, who will have all your booking details.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you arrive before or after this time, this may result in a delay.
Return procedure
On your return, please call the car park once you have collected all your luggage and cleared customs. In case of any delays please let them know. The chauffeur will deliver your car to the agreed pick up point at the airport.
Please know that there is a fee of £1 to exit the drop off car park. The max stay is 10 minutes. A prepaid exit ticket will be left on your dash board. If you go over the 10 minutes max. stay, you'll be required to pay the additional fee to exit the airport car park.
Security
The car park is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.
Insurance
All drivers are insured to drive your vehicle to and from the airport terminal.
Additional information
This product in non-flexible and bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made.

Customer service from meet and greeters was very good. Signage or some information on layout of valet parking would be useful. There was no information on the name of the actual company on the email so not clear which greeter to meet in airport. Front seat of car was soaking wet on return. Don’t know what happened there - have contacted company.

We have used this service before and as always it was all very efficient. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My mumcan’t walk very far but the meet and greet car park is right near the entrance to the airport building. Really convenient.
