Used this service 26 August 2018 returning 7 days later. Staff friendly and helped unload car and transport to ship was quick. On arrival at port there were 2 minibuses waiting driver took our cases and loaded up and we were soon back at our car. Excellent service and would use again

Really really good experience - super friendly helpful staff and very good value for money. even got a commentry about Dover historic sights from Driver. Thank you for waiting for the extra 30minutes it took for P&O to remember the 8 or so foot passengers on board and to open the doors. Would highly recommend400

It was a really smooth and swift operation. Reception was helpful and quick to get us on our way once we had dropped off the car. We were similarly collected very quickly upon our return. The whole process could not have been smoother or quicker. A very satisfying experience and great value.

My first impression was poor because the site looked chaotic and run-down. However, the staff were extremely helpful and efficient and quickly reassured us. Our baggage was handled effectively and after seeing it loaded on the shuttle coach we next saw it outside our cabin on the ship. On return from our cruise the shuttle coach was easily identified and when we arrived at the parking lot our car was waiting for us.
With the exception of the first impression the whole process was professional and painless. I would have no hestitation to recommend this service to others.
