Never again. Returned from holiday and collected car from Premium Car Park. I usually leave here and get a Valet. The back bumper on the passenger side of the car was scratched. I have sent 10-12 emails and photo's to Graham and getting absolutely nowhere. I've emailed requests to call up for them to have a look at the damage and now the emails have stopped. No replies from phone calls etc. Absolutely No customer service. I've used the Valet in the Red Car-Park since and have had No problems.

Do not use this car park. I had my car parked In Premium and had money stolen from it, granted only a few euros, which I keep for tolls etc. When I returned to the office to complain the guy gave me 5 euro and apologized. Once home, I emailed the company and have had no response apart from one email stating WITHOUT PREJUDICE, asking if I filled in an incident report form. Appalling customer service and untrustworthy staff. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I left my car in quick park with the premium parking. On return from my holiday i found my dash cam sitting on my passengers seat. It had been disconnected from the two cameras and the brackets broken from it holder. I was not informed when i collected my keys. I have rang quick park 4 time and have sent an e mail with no help or explanations as to way this happened . Very poor customer service and i strongly feel i should have been informed of this when i received my keys on return. I have been a customer of quick park for a long long time but i will not use them again and i would advise people to think twice before you leave the keys of your car with them.

I used the premium parking in the past few days. Arriving & parking was ok. However when returning it wasnt PREMIUM. The person on duty at the hut gave me my keys and said " the car is parked on the 2nd row behind the shed". I walked along the 2nd row pressing my keys and trying to locate but couldnt find my car. I returned to the shed and said " this is not premium parking"..."at least when you park the car yourself you know exactly where you left your car". Another member of staff arrived just then and said he would help find the car. I also said to him also that the service is not premium. He said "if youre not nice to me I wont help you. I said "I'm just saying its not a premium service". He then said ..."ok find it your self" and gave me back my keys. I eventually found my car. I wont be using this service in the future.
