Directions
Please call Maple Manor on 01313 334 111 at least 24 hours before your arrival to the airport to confirm your booking details and arrival time. Their office is open between 9am and 5pm.
The directions to the airport are as follows:
From the A8 Glasgow Road take the slip road on the left and continue along Eastfield Road. On the next three roundabouts take the second exit. After the third roundabout follow the road round and you'll see the airport on your right. As you enter the airport go straight across three roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zone. At the first roundabout take the second exit for Edinburgh Airport. At the next roundabout take the second exit for Terminal. At the third roundabout take the second exit again by the sign for Terminal and Coaches. You'll then come to a mini roundabout, where you should keep to the right and follow the sign for the Pick Up Zone. The driver will meet you there.
Arrival procedure
Once you have arrived at the barrier, please take a ticket and follow signs to the Pick Up zone. A Maple Manor driver will be waiting for you in the right corner of the zone and will be carrying ID. You'll need to unload your luggage and hand your car keys and car park ticket to the driver. They will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage.
Please make sure you have your return flight details to hand, as the driver will require this information for your return.
Return procedure
On your return, please call Maple Manor on 01313 334 111 once you have collected your luggage and make your way to the Pick up zone, where your car will be waiting for you.
Security
Your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks. All their car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
Insurance
Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk and subject to Maple Manor's Terms and Conditions of storage. Maple Manor use experienced drivers who are fully insured to drive your vehicle on the public highway.
All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Please note that any claims for loss or damage must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor.
Disabled facilities
Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles but this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately trained drivers.
Additional information
Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and is under 2.2m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, please contact the provider before placing your booking.
Please make sure Maple Manor have your full return flight details so that they can have your car ready when you get back without you having to call them. If you're running early or late, please call the car park on 01313 334 111. If they do not have your correct return flight details, they cannot guarantee that your car will be ready on time when you get back.
You'll only have 15 minutes of wait time to drop off and pick up your car, as the car park is only able to pay for 15 minutes' parking for you. It's important that you arrive at the agreed times as if you are late, the airport will not allow your driver to wait for you, so your car will be returned to the car park and you will be charged for additional parking.
Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park and you won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day. If you get back early you won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Please make sure that Maple Manor has your full return flight details otherwise they cannot guarantee that your car will be ready on time when you get back. If your return details change, please call Maple Manor Valet - No Wait Meet and Greet car park on 01313 334 111 at least 24 hours before to make sure your car will be returned on time.

The actual parking and pick up was great but the car was returned with a damaged driver's seat.
On informing Maple Manor their response was - prove it!
We had checked the outside of the car and all was good but I didn't notice the inside damage until the following day.
I hadn't expected inside damage so hadn't checked this on pickup, it does explain why the man was so keen for me to sign for the car on return and scuttle off quickly!

Great service. I would not consider using any other car park now. Cuts out the tiresome shuttle bus wait. Staff efficient and polite. Highly recommended.

Instructions and signposting were very poor. Had a nightmare finding where to drop the car off. Employees spoke poor English which made the process more difficult.

Drop off and pick up have always been punctual and the location is easy to find, having used the company before and become familiar with the poor sign posting which is an airport issue. Staff have always been helpful on the day but there have been some issues with the condition of the car on return. Most recently, door mirrors were pushed out of alignment so that the internal controls could not rectify the misalignment but manual positioning restored the mechanism. The steering wheel needed wiping to remove a film of oily grime. The company was helpful when contacted over these issues.
