Directions
Follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport and at the roundabout with the DoubleTree by Hilton, turn right, following the signs for Long Stay Express.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please take a ticket and follow the signs to Long Stay Express. Keep your ticket as you will need it to exit on return. Once you have parked your car in the dedicated lane, you'll be greeted by a member of the Long Stay Express team who will reconfirm your return flight details and take your keys. All you have to do is catch the next available bus to the Terminal. Their drivers will take HD pictures of your car and park it in a secure, on-site location, for the duration of your trip.
Please aim to arrive within 15 minutes of your selected time, otherwise there may be a delay processing your booking.
Return procedure
On your return, please take the bus back to the Long Stay Express car park from bus stop A. Alight at bus stop 4, then collect your keys from the Long Stay Express reception building. Your car will be waiting for you in an express departure lane.
We will keep a note of any delayed or cancelled flights; however if your travel plans change and you are arriving back to the car park earlier than stated, you must let us know 12 hours before your arrival. You can do this by contacting a member of the Long Stay Express customer service team on the number on your confirmation. Failure to do so will result in a delay of up to 2 hours.
Security
Your car will be fully secure as regular patrols are undertaken, the area has full security fencing, and CCTV will be in operation. The car park has also been awarded the Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.

The transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible.

Bookings for this car park cannot be amended or cancelled.
No height restriction.
Plane Parking Express is Edinburgh Airport's official Meet and Greet car parking service located within the existing Long Stay car park. This booking only secures a space for your vehicle in Long Stay Express and cannot be used to self-park in the Long Stay Car Park.
Please make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

When exiting the car park after inserting my ticket it asked me for £101 despite me having already paid for this online. I pressed the button which was answered and quoted my reference number. He asked me if my card was in and I said yes the card was returned and the barrier was lifted. My husband had read that this had happened to people before in previous reviews so we were concerned about using the car park. Will not use it again.

Arrived and dropped the car off with no issues, got the bus a few minutes later. On return home we had to wait over 30min for a bus back to the car park, not great at 1am.
