Gatwick Airport is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.
Arrival procedure
Your Meet and Greet parking at Gatwick Airport is booked with an approved operator, ABC Gatwick. You are authorised to meet on the terminal forecourts at Gatwick Airport. If you are challenged by traffic wardens or marshals, please state that your parking is with ABC Gatwick. Please only use Approved Operator signed parking bays at the terminal forecourt as detailed below.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

The car park requires an accurate return flight landing time and number to avoid delays returning your vehicle. Please be ready to verify this at the terminal when you hand your car to the chauffeur.
South Terminal:
Call the number on your confirmation 10 mins before arriving at Gatwick e.g. M25/M23 junction. Drive onto the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport. Follow the signs for PASSENGER DROP OFF. Drive to the Orange Area at the far end and park in the last lay-bys marked Approved Operators. Your driver will find you.
North Terminal:
Call the number on your confirmation 10 mins before arriving at Gatwick e.g. M25/M23 junction. Drive onto the North Terminal at Gatwick Airport. Follow the signs for PASSENGER DROP OFF. Please be sure to take the right hand lane and park in the lay-bys marked Approved Operators. Your driver will find you.
Return procedure
Collect all your luggage from the carousel and clear customs. Call our 24/7 contact number the number on your confirmation. Follow your map we will give you to PASSENGER DROP OFF AND COLLECTION - it is sign posted. Your car will be returned to where you dropped it off.
Security
The car park has CCTV, 24 hour security presence, secure fencing and alarmed offices. It has been awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking Award.

Price includes airport access fee.
Your car must be taxed until your return date and have valid MOT; it must have has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit; it must not in any way be unsafe to drive; it must be under 5.2m in length (no LWB and MWB vans); it should have the correct level of engine fluids and have sufficient petrol as it is parked off airport. If your vehicle does not meet this criteria, the driver will not be able to take it and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
The car park operates on an appointment based system and there are stringent no waiting restrictions at the airport. Please notify the car park of any changes to your itinerary as soon as possible. If you are early or late, they will do their very best to accommodate you as quickly as they can.
This parking service is operated by Help-Me-Park.
If you are delayed on return, extra days parking are charged at £10 per day. There is also a £10 surcharge for bookings which fall on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Dealing with customer complaints
ABC Gatwick Meet and Greet Parking drivers will inspect your car for pre-existing damage on collection. This is recorded on the Job Record Sheet, a copy of which can be requested at the time or is available to be photographed. On return you are requested to check your vehicle. If you have any complaints they should be registered with the returning driver who will record details of the issue and give you our Complaints Procedure card. You will be asked to submit your complaint via email and this will be dealt with within our complaints procedure time scales.
The company aims to resolve all issues within a maximum of 20 working days.

The company has parked Ferraris, Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Maserati's, Porsches, Range Rovers etc.
Rude staff on the telephone and in person on arrival at Gatwick; my car had clearly been used while I was away - the back passenger headrests had been moved (we never change them) and there was an empty snack packet in the back, no one I know has ever eaten in the back of my car; very unimpressed.

Booked through look for parking and when we got there, they checked the car and said one of the tyres was bald that was debatable but we accepted that and said ok we would drive to car parking and asked how much to take us back to the airport and they said £30 for a 3 mile journey. Takes the Mickey because that would have made our parking £100. Very unhappy.

First time using ABC Gatwick South meet & great- out 27 Aug, back 6 Sept. Very competitive price and efficient service. Great communication and driver turned up quickly for vehicle pick up & return. Will definitely use again - everything you need in a car parking service, well done !

As instructed called 10 mins prior to arrival but had to wait on the pavement at the airport for over half an hour. Repeated calls to dispatch but got hung up on, were told we should allow 25 minutes as that's what the instructions say (which they don't and they were nearly double that anyway) and was told they hadn't dispatched driver until over 20 minutes after we had called. Not a great start to holiday, will try someone else next time.
