This off-airport car park is 10 minutes from Gatwick and although shuttle buses operate on-demand, at least 30 minutes should be allowed for the transfer. Large items such as skis, surf boards and even bikes can be transported but this must be requested at the time of booking. Customers travelling over the Christmas period should note that the car park is closed from 11 a.m. on Dec 25th to 6 a.m. on the 26th. Apart from this the car park is manned 24 hours a day.
Directions
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
FROM M23: Exit at Jct. 10, take exit signed East Grinstead (A264). At next roundabout (Copthorne Hotel) go straight over and continue for approx. 1.5 miles. At next roundabout (Dukes Head) take first exit, signed Lingfield, at next roundabout, turn left onto B2037. After approx. ¼ of a mile you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left and Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time.

Security
This compound is fully insured, alarmed and manned 24 hours a day.
Insurance
Cars are inspected on arrival and are covered for any loss or damage caused as a result of proven negligence.
Disabled facilities
Cophall Farm is all on ground level so no stairs. There are disabled toilet facilities. The reception is wheelchair accessible. There are mobile steps to make easier access on to the mini bus.

Please note this car park closes at 11am on Christmas Day and Re-opens 06:00am on Boxing Day.
Please note long vehicles over 4.6m (15ft.) will be charged extra on arrival if the extra has not already been prepaid to the supplier.
Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards and Skis can be transferred upon request.
Please check your car on return to the car park - any problems must be advised to staff BEFORE you leave the car park.
You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
Cophall Parking - Airport Greet on Return
If you book the Airport Greet on Return option, on return cars are delivered back to you at the airport (North Terminal - outside terminal on forecourt next to Premier Inn Hotel, South Terminal - in the Multi-storey car park next to terminal). Full details of the returns procedure will be given by the driver when you take your car to the car park.
Height restrictions at the airport are: 2 m - North Terminal, 1.8m - South terminal.
Please know that price includes £3.00 Airport Access Fee. This fee is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators at Gatwick for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.

Cophall Parking - Airport Meet Outbound Only
If you book the Airport Meet Outbound Only option, on arrival a fully insured driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point and will identify you by your car registration.
Your car will be taken to Cophall Farm Parking approx 10 mins away. On return you will be picked up by the bus to go back to the car park. Full details of the returns procedure will be given by the driver when collecting your car.
You will not be able to wait; therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Cophall Parking - Larger Vehicles
This car park option is perfect for larger vehicles.
Didn't go due to the Coronavirus the holiday was cancelled.
But when I rang the car park they were great and explained they font fo cash refunds and have given me 12 months to redeem this ticket.

Travelled from Gatwick South, and have to say was very impressed. Firstly, they were cheap. Second, very efficient at check in. Was so quick and onto the bus to the terminal. I think saying 10 min transfer may have been a bit generous but maybe 12-13. On the way back we changed our flight. Rang while waiting for bags. The bus was waiting for us when we got out and went straight back where getting keys was again super quick. Not sure where my car had been parked as looked like it had just been washed but I was not complaining. Overall, very happy.

I am pretty sure that the '15-minute' wait for a minibus this morning seemed like over 30 minutes, and possibly closer to 45 minutes. After booking the parking using my flight details rather than dates, i rather stupidly assumed the times and dates would be correct and that they would have the arrival times in their system. Obviously not, we flew on the Tuesday but got home Wednesday morning arriving to be told we were a day late, and then charged £10 for that one days parking. Too tired to argue. So check and double check every detail if you wish to use this company. Not comfortable with the driver driving through a red light either, dangerous with a minibus full of passengers.

As you are aware our flight was cancelled due to Covid19 and you wrote to us on 30th March and said you would hold the payment for 2002116212 and offset it against a future booking for 12 months, so I cannot see why you sent me this email to leave a review????????
