Arrival procedure
Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 mins from the airport. Follow signs to 'passenger drop off' at the relevant terminal, keeping in the right hand lane and head to the far end where a driver will meet you in the Approved Operator area.
The service is provided by an Approved Gatwick Operator; therefore, it is a requirement to print off the permit attached to your confirmation and make sure it is placed on your dashboard in full view as you pull in to the airport.
Return procedure
On your return, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call.
North Terminal:
Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area.
South Terminal:
Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane, where your car will be delivered to you.
Security
Your car will be stored in a secure car park with 24 hour security including fencing, lighting and automated gate entry. The car park holds the Park Mark award.

This service is provided by an Airport Approved Meet and Greet Operator, i.e. I Love Meet & Greet with 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick.
No height restrictions. The car park must be booked 72 hours before departure. Bookings are subject to availability. No minibuses with more than 9 seats can be booked. Your car must comply with current legislation and be road worthy.
Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
Please be aware it is important to check traffic updates before you leave. There are long-term scheduled roadworks on the M23 near Gatwick Airport which include overnight closures to the M23 and M23 Junction 10, that may affect your journey to the car park. Driver came within a couple of minutes on our arrival at Gatwick, very pleasant, quick handover. Returning to the airport we waited around 10 minutes, but it was a very busy time, so we didn't mind waiting. Again very pleasant driver, no problems with the car. Would definitely use again.

meet and greet service was great. on drop off, we only waited a couple of minutes for attendant to pick up our car and car was ready on our return, despite our flight delay. Great service, well recommended.
