If you're using a Sat Nav, please use the postcode RH6 0RN and follow signs for the North Terminal Long Stay car park.

Exit the M23 at Junction 9, following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Go straight over at the roundabout (J9a) following signs for the North Terminal. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, signposted Long Stay Parking. Go past the petrol station on the right and take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Follow the road for around a mile to the next roundabout and turn right into the North Terminal Long Stay.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please pull up to the barrier and wait for your number plate to be scanned. A ticket with your booking reference will be printed and the barriers will open. You'll need to keep the ticket safe for your return. Please follow signs to the open parking zone, park in any free space and head to the nearest bus stop.

If your registration isn't recognised, please press the button for assistance and one of the team will be able to help.

Return procedure

On your return, please follow signs for North Terminal Exit / Car Parks. Then exit the terminal on the ground floor, turn left and go to the North Terminal Long Stay bus stop (No. 1) at the far end of the forecourt. Check the bus is going to the correct car park and advise the driver where you have parked when boarding. Once you are back in your car, please proceed to the exit barrier, which will recognise your registration and raise automatically. If the barrier doesn't lift, please scan the QR code on your entry ticket. If you have any problems, or if the machine is requesting you pay, press the intercom button for assistance and one of the team will be able to help.

If you needed to press for a ticket on your arrival, you’ll need to validate it before leaving. To do this, please go to the reception building adjacent to the exit with your ticket and booking reference and your ticket will be validated for exit.

Security

The car park has Park Mark award, CCTV, floodlighting, security fencing, regular staff patrols and entry and exit barriers. Your car will not be moved whilst you’re away.

Disabled facilities

The shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly and there are 54 designated Blue Badge bays. Please note that they work on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to display your badge while you're away.

Additional information

This booking is non-flexible. You will not be able to amend or cancel your booking or obtain a refund after purchase. You will only be able to alter your car registration after purchase.

Please ensure that you print out your receipt as confirmation of purchase.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

If you park any longer than booked, you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 (subject to change).

This car park does not currently have electrical charging points.
