Exit the M23 at Junction 9, following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Go straight over at the roundabout (J9a) following signs for the North Terminal. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, signposted Long Stay Parking. Go past the petrol station on the right and take the 3rd exit at the next small roundabout, signed Summer Special. Follow the road for around half a mile to the next roundabout and left. Take the first right and follow the road around the corner. The entrance will be on your right-hand side after 100m.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please drive to the barrier and wait for up to 10 seconds for your number plate to be recognised and for pictures of your car to be taken. You'll then be given a ticket with your booking reference shown above the barcode, which you'll need to keep safe for your return. If your registration isn't recognised press the button for assistance and one of the team will be able to help. Then park in the signposted arrival lane, go to the reception desk, hand over your keys and an attendant will provide you with a receipt. You can then wait inside the reception building or at the designated bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the North Terminal.

Return procedure

On your return, please follow the signs for North Terminal exit/car parks once you've collected your luggage. Please exit the terminal on the ground floor, turn left and head to bus stop 2 marked with Summer Special at the far end of the forecourt. Then collect your keys from the reception building at the car park and drive to the exit barrier, which will recognise your registration and lift automatically. If the barrier doesn't lift, please scan the QR code on your entry ticket. If you have any problems or if the machine is requesting you pay, please press the intercom button for assistance and one of the team will be able to help.

Security

The car park has regular security patrols, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting, and security fencing. It has been awarded Park Mark award.

Disabled facilities

The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly. On your arrival please let one of the staff members know so that they can make sure the car is returned as close to the reception as possible.

This car park can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m, trailers are not permitted.

This car park does not currently have electrical charging points.

If you park any longer than booked, you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 (subject to change).
