This Meet and Greet service can be booked by travellers flying out of either North or South Terminal. Insurance restrictions mean that the operator cannot drive Maseratis, Ferraris or Aston Martins. Keys obviously have to be left with the operator and a copy of the confirmation must be clearly displayed on the dashboard when driving on to the forecourt. Security at the car park is good with 24 hour patrols and fences.

The parking offered here is 'Meet and Greet' where by one of the representatives will meet you, park the car for you and then return the vehicle to you on your return.

Please call the car park on 01293 824 221 and press option 1 when you're 10 minutes away from Gatwick and follow instructions for the relevant terminal.
North Terminal:
Follow the signs to ‘Passenger drop off’ at the North Terminal; you'll need to use the postcode RH6 0PJ in your satnav. Keep in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the lay by on the left-hand side outside the Premier Inn. Park in a space outside the Premier Inn hotel, where you'll be met by a Meteor Meet and Greet driver.
South Terminal:
Follow the signs to the South Terminal; you'll need to use the postcode RH6 0NP in your satnav. Drive to the drop-off area under the multi-storey car park. Keep to the right lane and drive over the third zebra crossing to the Orange Zone. Head towards the Approved Operator bays and follow signs to the Car Set-Down area on the ground level. Drive to the end and park in a space after the last pedestrian crossing, where you'll be met by a Meteor Meet and Greet driver.

Once you've parked, a uniformed driver will come to meet you. He/she will take your car and keys and drive your car to their secured car park. In the meantime, you'll just need to walk to check-in, which is approx. 2 minutes away.

Once you've landed, please pick up your bags and then call 01293 824 221 and press option 1 again. Head to the same drop-off area as before, where you'll be greeted by your driver and have your car given back to you.
There is a no-waiting policy at the terminal parking area so on your return, please make sure you're ready to pick up your car before you call the car park.
Security
The car park has regular 24-hour patrols and secured fences. It's also been awarded the Park Mark award for its security.
Disabled facilities
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal and no bus transfers are required.
Additional information
When dropping off your car it is important to call Meteor 10-15 mins prior to your arrival as you aren’t able to wait on the departures level. If your arrival time changes please notify the car park as soon as possible.

At their discretion, Meteor will give you until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £10 per day.
There are no height restrictions, but all vehicles must be able to fit in a standard size bay. Cars can be no longer than 9 seats. Also, the car park doesn't take taxis of any kind and is unable to accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin and Ferrari.
You will be required to display a printed copy of their booking confirmation on your dashboard.
Your car will be stored around 3 miles from the airport in the village of Horley.

I've used this service before and always been pleased. I especially like the drop-off point outside the Premiere Inn...
But this time I booked late and didn't receive a confirmation email. I didn't know how to reach anyone and all the numbers I found online went to vm... I found someone wearing the uniform at the airport, but by the time they arranged for someone to pick up the car it was almost 10am (not 9.30am as requested)...
The confirmation email arrived at 11.30! I got it after I'd arrived in Amsterdam.

This service was fantastic. Our return flights were cancelled and we were delayed by a day and a half. We struggled to get hold of Meteor on the phone (it was engaged, but was Sunday in August!).
APH managed to contact them on our behalf and the communication was good thereafter.
We were charge a reasonable late collection fee.
I would definitely use this system again. Airport parking/APH/Meteor.

Service was good and on time. The meeting point was at the front of terminal which is very practical.

Booked via Tui with our Marella Cruise in September. Received clear instructions for the drop off and pick up and it all worked like clockwork. They had tracked our flight so our car was waiting for us on our return which meant there was no hanging around. I had left over €120 in my car by mistake and it was still there on our return. All in all a fabulous, and very trustworthy, service which I would highly recommend.
