Purple Parking Meet and Greet is a member of the Gatwick Airport Approved Operator scheme. This means that they have been audited and inspected by the airport to ensure they meet customer service standards.

North Terminal:
Follow the signs to the North Terminal. As you enter the terminal follow the brown signs for the Hampton by Hilton hotel. Enter the entrance code at the barrier and proceed to the Purple Parking area. The Hampton by Hilton is connected to the North terminal via an indoor walkway.
South Terminal:
Drive to the South terminal's Short Stay car park and take a ticket from the barrier. Then, go to the Orange car park on level 1 and park in rows D or E. Look for the Approved Operator area and you should see a Purple Parking vehicle nearby.

Arrival procedure

You don’t need to call Purple Parking on your way to the airport unless your travel plans have changed. If you do need to contact the car park on the day, please call them on 01293 300 730 and choose option 1.
North Terminal:
On arrival, please drop your car off at the Hampton by Hilton hotel, which is connected to the North Terminal via a covered walkway. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car for you, while you walk to the terminal. It takes 2-5 minutes.
South Terminal:
On arrival, please drop your car off at the Short Stay car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
Make sure to take all of your belongings out of the car, including your car park ticket, which you'll need to give Purple Parking to exit the car park. The driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage. Please make sure you leave enough time for this. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage. You'll need to give the driver your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information, and you’ll be given a unique ticket with return instructions on it.
Return procedure

On your return, please call the driver to let them know you’re ready and your car will be returned to you where you were met on arrival.
If you return early, please call Purple Parking as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car after your phone call to say you're ready to be met, you may incur additional charges from the car park. If you are delayed on your return, you will be charged £10 per day by Purple Parking.
Security
Your car will be stored in a secured car park with security fencing, monitored 24 hours a day. All have been awarded the police Park Mark award, the Trading Standards Authority's Buy With Confidence award and are approved by Gatwick airport.
Disabled facilities
This service is suitable for disabled customers as transfers are not required.
Additional information
Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.
There is no height restriction at the North terminal and a 2m restriction at the South terminal.
Purple Parking can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. The car park cannot accept vehicles with 8 or more seats. If you have a specially adapted vehicle, please check with the car park. If your vehicle is taller than 1.80m, please inform the car park when you call and they will meet you in an alternative area outside the car park.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Purple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park and you also won't be able to get a refund.
All airport fees are included.
At their discretion, Purple Parking will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car; however, if you go into the next day, you will be charged £10 per day.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Came back from a wonderful holiday. Both my friend's car and mine had scratches on. Not sure what is happening to my friend's claim but mine has been refused. Dreadful service. Never again. If you do use them, make sure you take photos of your car before you go. Worst service I have ever received.

All went well with the arrival at LGW South Terminal. The vehicles was picked-up OK. On our return we had to wait about 20 minutes in the cold (- 4 degrees), before the car arrived at the pick-up point.

Excellent service, courteous and helpful. We flew from Gatwick North terminal and went back to the South terminal - and had our car delivered at the right place in no time at all. Recommended.

Frequent flyer who has to do day trips so really important for quick car pick up. Called from the plane to say I had landed & then had to wait 45 mins for the car. At least another 10 other people had been waiting over half an hour and still no sign of cars. Very poor service. Do not use if you value time!
