Directions

Leave the M23 at junction 9 and go straight on at the first roundabout, following signs for the North terminal. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and get into the right-hand lane. The car park will be immediately on your right.

Arrival procedure

Pull into the car park and take a ticket at the barrier, then park,
making a note of where you've left your car. Make sure you don't park
in the Fast Track area or car park 3. There's no need to hand in your
keys. You'll need to retain your ticket as you will need it when you
return.

If the machine doesn't give you a ticket automatically, press the button.

Return procedure

Drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket in the slot. The barrier
will lift. If it doesn't, or you have any problems, just press the
intercom button or go to the customer service desk on the left of the
barriers. You should have a copy of your booking confirmation with
you.

Security

This Park Mark-approved car park is manned 24 hours a day, regularly patrolled and protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and lighting.

Insurance

The car park will indemnify customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on the part of its servants or agents.

Disabled facilities

Spaces are available for Blue Badge holders in row A, level 3 of car park 5.

Additional information

This is a multi-storey car park, so unless your car is parked on the roof it will be parked under cover.

The car park does not allow trailers. The maximum car height is 1.8 metres (6 feet).
