Swift Park

Formerly known as Glasgow Abbotsinch, this car park offers regular transfers 24 hours a day with a journey time of around 5 minutes. Despite its proximity, the recommended time to allow for the transfer is 30 to 40 minutes, particularly in the peak summer season.

Directions

Please note: This car park moved location to Murray Street on the 2nd June 2015. Please follow the new directions below.

Westbound M8 from Glasgow: GO PAST Glasgow Airport (J28) & stay in middle lane. At Junction 29 take the A726 exit to Paisley. At roundabout take 1st exit on to A726. After approx. 1 mile turn right onto Murray Street
Swift Park is on left at the end of the road.

Eastbound on M8 from Greenock/Erskine Bridge: EXIT at JUNCTION 29 & take THIRD EXIT on roundabout sign-posted Paisley A726.
After approx. 1 mile turn right onto Murray Street. Swift Park is on left at the end of the road.

A737 from Johnstone/Beith/Irvine: On the A737 take EXIT signposted Paisley/Greenock/Glasgow Airport. At roundabout take FOURTH EXIT, signed Paisley A726. After approx. 1 mile turn right onto Murray Street. Swift Park is on left at the end of the road.

Transfers to airport

A courtesy bus service runs between car park and terminal. It operates on demand, on a 24 hour basis with a journey time of around 5 minutes.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please approach barrier (their system will recognise your number plate and automatically open). Drop off your luggage and passengers at the Pick Up Point. Park at the first available space and make your way to the Pick Up Point for transfer to the Airport.

Please allow yourself plenty of time and arrive at the car park 30-40 mins before your airline check-in desk opens, especially in the summer season.

Return procedure

On your return, please call 0141 280 6090 (option 2). Make your way to the Bus Stop 5 located directly outside Arrivals. On exit from the car park, the barrier will open automatically.

Security

The car park has CCTV, 24-hour patrols and perimeter fences. It has been awarded the Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.

Large disabled car parking spaces available.

Additional information

Self Park customers use the Car Park entirely at their own risk in respect of their persons, the Vehicle and any personal property left therein.

Two spaces are required for long wheel based vans and cars with trailers.

While there are no size limits, if your car is larger than one space, you'll be charged extra.

If you are very late in picking up your car, you'll be charged at a rate of £5 per day.
