Arrival procedure

Please call the Airtime Parking office when you are 15 minutes away from the airport and follow the arrival instructions for the relevant terminal:

Terminal 2:
Proceed to passenger drop off and keep to the middle lane. Take your first right as you enter drop off zone and park your car towards the end of the aisle. Please park on either on the left- or right-hand side of the aisle.

Terminal 3:
Follow signs to Terminal 3 (all routes) and then follow signs to passenger Drop off (left lane). Proceed to the first aisle as you enter the ‘Drop Off and park at the end of the aisle on either left- or right-hand bay.

Terminal 4:
Proceed to passenger drop off and keep to the left lane. Stay in the left lane and please park in the second aisle. Please park on either on the left- or right-hand side of the aisle.

Terminal 5:
Please proceed to Passenger Drop Off/ Valet Parking. Proceed to the left side (first aisle) and park your vehicle at the beginning of the aisle on either left or right side.

An Airtime representative will be awaiting your arrival. All representatives will be in clearly marked Airtime Parking uniform. They will text you their mobile number if you wish to verify their identity. After a vehicle inspection you will be asked to sign a document to verify your car's condition, mileage and fuel.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the Airtime office once you have cleared passport control and follow the return instructions for the relevant terminal:

Terminal 2:
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 1 Row D where the Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you.

Terminal 3:
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 2 Row B where the Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you.

Terminal 4:
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 4 Row F where the Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you.

Terminal 5:
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 3 Row F where the Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you.

Security

Cars are parked at a secure car park with ParkMark award and 24 hour security. The car park has a barrier, CCTV and floodlighting.

Additional information

This car park serves all terminals.

Your keys will stay with the car park whilst you are away.

Please take proof of purchase with you on the day of travel.
