Directions

From the M4:
Leave the motorway at junction 4 and take the M4 airport access road, following signs for terminals 1 and 3. At the roundabout at the end of the M4 take the second exit onto the East Ramp. Follow signs for Business Parking. At the Nene Road roundabout take the third exit. At the traffic lights turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road. You will see the entrance to Business Park Plus/Park 1 on the right after about 200 yards, but you cannot turn right opposite the entrance. To get into the car park, go straight on and follow the road round to the right. Follow signs to Business Parking through the Newport Road junction and rejoin the Northern Perimeter Road. The entrance to Business Park Plus/Park 1 is on the left after the junction.

From the M25:
From junction 15: Join the M4 eastbound at junction 4b and follow the directions above. From junction 14: Follow signs for terminal 5. At the terminal 5 roundabout take the first exit onto the Western Perimeter Road. Follow the road round to the right. It will become the Northern Perimeter Road.
Follow signs to Business Parking through the one-way system and the Newport Road junction and rejoin the Northern Perimeter Road. The entrance to Business Park Plus/Park 1 is on the left after the junction.

Arrival procedure

On arrival take a ticket from the barrier and follow signs to the open zone indicated. A courtesy coach is available 24hrs a day, 365 days year.

Return procedure

Transfer buses are located outside the terminal on the upper forecourt. Check the bus information panel for details of bus stop number. Please tell the driver where you have parked e.g. Zone one, bus stop three. Out of hours use phone at bus stop. On exit, present your entry ticket at the customer service office located near the exit and quote your booking reference number.

Security

The car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and well lit. Comprehensive CCTV in place.

Insurance

Parking is at owners own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of Business Park Plus.

Disabled facilities

Parking bays for Blue Badge holders situated near entrance. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches.

Additional information

No mini buses, commercial vehicles or transit vans.

Trailers are not permitted.

This car park was previously called Park 1. It is only suitable for customers flying from terminal 1.

Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this.

If you arrive earlier than the arrival time on your booking confirmation, or if you check out later than your departure time, you will be charged for the extra time at the car park's standard rate.

You should allow yourself at least 15 minutes to transfer to the terminal from the car park.

You do not need to hand your keys in.
