Directions

From the M25 Southbound:
Leave at junction 14 - follow signs for T5 Heathrow Airport. At Terminal 5 roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Western Perimeter Road. After 0.8miles continue over the roundabout onto Northern Perimeter Road. The entrance is on the right hand side after 0.2miles, just before Enterprise car rentals.

From the M4:
Exit at Junction 4 and follow signs for Heathrow Airport. At the end of the M4 spur road keep left, pass under the bridge and following signs for Business Parking Terminal 5. Take the 1st exit on the left and follow signs for Business Parking Terminal 5. At the roundabout (Nene Road Junction), take the 3rd exit onto Northern Perimeter Road. The entrance is on the right hand side after 0.2miles, just before Enterprise car rentals.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open.

Return procedure

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back from the terminal, which runs every 5 minutes. Look for bus stop 24.

Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office.

Collect your car and insert your ticket at the exit barrier. The barrier will lift automatically and you'll be able to drive straight out.

Security

Business Parking Heathrow is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, lighting, and frequent security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.

Insurance

Parking is at owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Disabled facilities

Disabled bays are provided. Buses with disabled access are available.

Additional information

You park your car yourself, which means you keep hold of your own keys. Your car will stay exactly where you left it.
