Heathrow Blue Circle Meet and Greet

For the ultimate in convenience this Meet and Greet service serves Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Different arrangements apply for dropping your car off and picking it up depending on which terminal you are flying from. In all instances a uniformed chauffeur will meet you and take your car to a fully secure car park. Drop-offs and pick-ups must fall between the hours of 4 a.m. and midnight. Out-of-hours service may be available at a cost of £25.

Terminal 2 (TW6 1EW
):
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Please keep to the right, as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Once you are on the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6 (towards the ticket machine), which will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park.
Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".
Here you'll see the chauffeurs who are based near the ticket pay machine.
Terminal 3 (TW6 1QG):
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car park (Car park 3).
Take a ticket from the barrier and follow signs to Level 4, then please park your car in "Row A"
. Here you'll see the chauffeurs who are based near the ticket pay machine.
Terminal 4 (TW6 3XA):
Please follow directions to the Short Stay car park and then drive up to Level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign, their desk is located in the lobby.
Please have your email booking confirmation ready, together with your return flight details.
Terminal 5 (TW6 2GA):
Please follow the signs for the "Short Stay car park", which is located on the right hand side of the ramp, as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout.
On arrival at the Short Stay car park, please move to the left hand lane, following directions to "LEVEL 4".
Take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones "R-S". Please park your car in these designated areas, sign posted as "Off Airport Meet & Greet".
Here you see the chauffeurs who are based near the ticket pay machine.
Arrival procedure

There is no need to call the car park when you are heading to the airport. They have a designated Blue Circle Parking desk located in the short stay car park with friendly chauffeurs waiting to accept your car.
However, if you think you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, please do call them on 07872 186 198 or 07872 186 245 or 07872 186 286.
On arrival you will be greeted by a chauffeur, who has your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with a company logo on it. Please ring the car park if your arrival time changes on the day of arrival.
Return procedure

On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Terminal 2
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off (Level 4 of the Short Stay car park) and your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row B next to the lift/pay machine.
Terminal 3:
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the Exit door on the Right Hand Side, please take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park and your car will be ready and waiting for you in ROW A.
Terminal 4:
Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) where your car will be ready and waiting for you.
Terminal 5:
Make your way to where you dropped the car off, (Level 4, Short Stay car park), where your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row R or S.
Security
Your car will be parked in a secure compound located up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note that some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.
Additional information
Please be aware that the arrivals and departures services as detailed above are only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00. Collection after midnight if available will be subject to a £25 out of hours fee.
Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.
A mobile number must be provided while purchasing the booking.
You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied as soon as possible.

These packages cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded once booked.
Airport Access Fee
Price includes Airport Access Fee.
This is to cover the cost of new charges being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
Do not use this company. Booked for a week 19 April, when the car was returned it had major damage to the sill and scratches to rear wing. When it was pointed out to the staff they did not care less.I have since found out in the small print that they are only responsible for damage over £700 and then only repaired at their location, not very convenient if you live 200 miles away. DO NOT USE.

Left my car with DriveFly for four days came back to find that a member of their team had rifled through my car taking Sunglasses(prescription) and a in-car charger also had split a liquid on my passenger seat staining it. As is the way they suggested that I study their terms and conditions so therefore absolving them of the responsibility that a member of their team had stolen. Be warned can't be trusted.
