Directions

Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport, please follow signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described in your email confirmation.

Arrival procedure

Please check your email confirmation for details.

On arrival, once you've parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with their Handover Team who are based at the desk in the lift lobby. You will need to confirm your return flight details so please have these to hand. The car park must have your correct return date and flight number in order to help them avoid any delays in returning your car. Your car will be photographed and taken to their secure car park by one of the experienced drivers, whilst you check in.

Return procedure

Please check your email confirmation for details.

There is no need to call the car park on your return. As long as they have your correct return flight number, terminal and return date they will bring your car to the meeting point below, ready for when you arrive. If you are unsure or did not give them a return flight number when you checked in, please call the handover team on 01895 544 382 and select option 1. They will be able to advise the status of your car and get it on its way to the meeting point if it is not already.

Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from the Handover team. If you do not have this, they will need to see and take an image of your passport which must match the booking name.

Security

This car park is fully secured, monitored 24 hours a day, and regularly visited and re-assessed for inspections to maintain the Park Mark award. Photographic vehicle inspections are carried out on collection for peace of mind.

As Airport Approved Operator for Heathrow, Go Airport Parking Meet and Greet Heathrow offers superior meet and greet parking services in close proximity to the airport.

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day or part day after your booked return date.
