Directions
Terminal 2 (TW6 1EW):
From M4 exit J4 and M25 J14 follow signs for T2 and T3. Then follow the signs for Short Stay Car Parks and keep right as you exit the tunnel. Pass the Central Bus station, joining the final approaches to T2 on Cosmopolitan Way. On the rising ramp, continue to bear right directly into the Short Stay car park entry barriers. Use either of the entry barriers 1, 2 or 3 left of the six lanes available. Enter the car park on level 4, and continue left down the spiral to Level 2. Park in the Off Airport parking area, where a a Goodtogo Meet & Greet Captain will check your car.
Terminal 3 (TW6 1QG):
From M4 exit J4 and M25 exit J14 follow signs for Short Stay car parks go through the main tunnel to the first set of traffic lights. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 3. When you enter the car park, follow the signs for Off Airport Parking. Goodtogo Meet & Greet is located on Level 3 of Short Stay Car Park 3. On arrival drive up to the barrier and take a ticket, drive up to Level 3 and follow signs for Off Airport Parking. Park in the Off Airport area & a Goodtogo Meet & Greet Captain will check your vehicle in.
Terminal 4 (TW6 3YD):
From M4 J3 follow signs for A312 Heathrow & Feltham. Continue along A312 through one traffic light junction for approx 1 mile until reaching Waggoners Roundabout. Continue to junction with A30 and turn right. Pass through 2 sets of lights and take T4 slip road on left. At T4 roundabout follow signs Short Stay Parking.*
From M25 J14, follow signs for T4 along Airport Way (A3113). At next roundabout/traffic lights go straight across onto Southern Perimeter Road. Cross next roundabout and through 3 set of lights. Take slip road signed T4 and follow signs for Short Stay Parking.*
*Enter car park and follow signs for Off Airport Parking on Level 2. Park in Off Airport area where Goodtogo Meet & Greet Captain will check your vehicle in.
Terminal 5 (TW6 2GA):
From M4 J4 follow signs to T5 and Short Stay Car Park. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Rd and follow Short Stay T5. At the T5 roundabout turn left and go up the ramp, keep left and follow signs for Level 4 to the entrance barrier.*
From M25 J14 follow signs to T5 Short Stay Car Park. At the T5 roundabout take 2nd exit and go up the ramp. Keep left and follow the signs for Level 4 to the entrance barrier.*
*Enter the car park and follow the signs to Off Airport parking. Park in the Off Airport area where a Goodtogo M & G Captain will check your car in.
Arrival procedure
Please follow the directions above for the relevant terminal.
Return procedure
Terminal 2:
On your return, make your way to the Off Airport Parking area located on level 2 of the Short Stay Car Park where a Meet & Greet Captain will return your keys. If your return time changes, please call 0758 777 4352.
Terminal 3:
On your return, make your way to the Off Airport Parking area located on Level 3 of the Short Stay car park 3. If your return time is going to be earlier or later than your specified time, please call 0742 343 5159 and have your booking details available.
Terminal 4:
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
Terminal 5:
On your return, make your way to the Off Airport Parking area located in Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park. Call 0780 366 35 99 if you are going to be earlier or later than your specified time.
Security
Your car will be parked in an airport approved secure car park while you are away.

Good service apart from extremely poor sign posting from within terminal 2 short term parking needs to be improved as reception is virtually hidden from clients all it needed was a bold plaque outside reception!

Left our car for parking at Heathrow Terminal 2. Upon collection we noticed a scratch on the side of the car covering paintwork and the lights. The staff at Heathrow agreed there was a scratch which was not there when the car was dropped off. A claim form was submitted. Good to Go Meet and Greet followed this with a letter saying they had conducted an investigation and the scratches had clearly occurred when the car was parked and not when it was being driven by them. They suggest we contact our insurers!

We have used other Meet & Greet services with no problems but picked this one because it was cheapest... as with everything you get what you pay for. We have actually used Good to Go three times in 2017 with exactly the same experience each time, but never again. We have never found anyone at the desk either going or returning. There is just a very small desk with a mobile number printed on the top surface and facing the wrong way. It is rare that anyone answers without ringing half a dozen times, and when they do it is impossible to hear what is being said because of the lousy reception inside the carpark. A couple of times we have had to go off round the multistorey carpark looking for the office because the phone just didn't work. NOT something you want to do if running late for a flight, or feeling tired after a long return flight. They appear not to have understood that they advertise it as a MEET & Greet service and do not understand the meaning of the word MEET ( the Greet bit isn't great either!).
