Terminal 2:
From the M4: Exit at junction 4, taking the M4 spur and following signs for Short Stay car parks. At the traffic lights, go straight ahead, following the main tunnel to the central terminal area. Stay in the right-hand lane, following the signs for Terminal 2 Departures and Short Stay Car Park. Turn left, and valet reception is located on the Terminal 2 departures forecourt. Park in a designated bay and register your arrival at reception.
From the M25: Exit at junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Go through the main tunnel to the central terminal area. Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the signs for Terminal 2 Departures and Short Stay Car Park. Turn left, and the valet reception is located on the Terminal 2 Departures forecourt. Park in a designated bay and register your arrival at reception.

Terminal 3:
Leave the M4 at junction 4 and follow signs for terminals 1, 2 and 3. Take the airport access road to junction 4a, then go straight on through the tunnel to the traffic lights. Follow signs to terminal 3 departures, Short Stay parking and Valet Parking. After you pass the Short Stay multi-storey car park on your right, get into the right hand lane. You will find the Valet Parking reception at the end of this lane on the left.

Terminal 4:
Leave the M25 at junction 14 and take the A3113 towards the airport. Go straight on at the roundabout onto Southern Perimeter Road, then straight on at the next two roundabouts, following signs for terminal 4. Take the terminal 4 slip road and follow signs for departures and Valet Parking. Pull into the lane closest to the terminal and drive to the end following signs for departures. Park in one of the bays and report to reception.

Terminal 5:
Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Heathrow Terminal 5. At the "welcome to Heathrow" roundabout, take the second exit onto Wellington road. Bear right following signs for Short Stay and Passenger Pick up. Then, keep left and follow signs for Valet Parking. Follow the road to the end, where you will see 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park in one of these and make your way to reception, which is in the middle of the concourse.

Terminal 2:
Follow signs to terminal two departures, take the right hand lane to the end, and report to our Valet reception which is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1634.

Terminal 3:
Park in one of the bays and make your way to reception to check in. Your car will be checked for damage, and then you can walk to departures.

Terminal 4:
Check in at reception, your car will be checked over and then just walk to departures. If you've running late or early, or need help finding the car park, call 020 8976 9612 or 07760 619 229.

Terminal 5:
Check in at reception. You will be booked in and your car will be checked for damage. You can then walk to departures, which is two minutes away.
If you need to contact Official Valet Parking on the day, call 020 8976 9613 or 07760 619 229. Make sure you park in one of the Valet Parking bays, or you could be fined or even have your car towed away.

Return procedure

Terminal 2:
Clear customs then call 0207 510 1634. Exit the terminal, and pick your car up from level 1 of the Short Stay Car Park.

Terminal 3:
Walk back to the first floor of the Short Stay car park across the bridge from the terminal. Talk to the staff in the valet office and they will return your keys and direct you to your car. If your flight is delayed or you have any problems, call the cal park on 0208 759 9182.

Terminal 4:
Once you've cleared security, call 0208 976 9612 and your car will be prepared for you. Follow signs for the Short Stay car park outside and across the road. Turn right and head for the payment machine where a member of staff will be waiting to show you to your car. For any further assistance please contact a member of the Valet team on 0208 976 9612.

Terminal 5:
Walk back to the car park where you dropped off your car by following signs saying "all car parks". The Valet Parking office is on the ground floor of the Short Stay car park, near bus stop 12. Talk to staff inside and they will return your keys and direct you to your car.

Security

Your car is parked in the Business Parking car park which holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Insurance

The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Disabled facilities

Valet Parking at Heathrow is great for disabled customers, as there are no transfer buses to board.

Additional information

Trailers are not permitted.
