Heathrow Parking Spotz T2-T5

Directions

Please follow the directions to your selected terminal.

Terminal 2:
Leave the M4 at Junction 4 or Junction 15 at M25. Follow the signs to terminal 2. After you pass the tunnels on Tunnel Road heading into Heathrow airport, follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. Drive up the ramp, bear right and drive under the yellow height restriction bar. Follow signs for ‘Level 4’ and ‘Off Airport' and keep right. Take a ticket from the furthest right-hand ticket barrier, which you will need to hand over to the driver. Drive straight forward following signs for ‘Off Airport Parking’. Follow the signs to Off Airport all way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the car park.

Terminal 3:
Leave the M4 at Junction 4 or Junction 15 at M25. Follow the signs to terminal 3. After you pass the tunnels on Tunnel Road, heading into Heathrow airport, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket at the barrier, drive up the ramp and follow signs 'Off Airport'. Exit the ramp at level 3. Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the car park. Park your car in one of the bays opposite the main lifts, signed 'Off Airport Meet & Greet'.

Terminal 4:
Leave the M4 at Junction 4 or Junction 14 at M25. Follow the signs to terminal 4. When you arrive, just follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay car park. Drive up to the barrier and take a ticket. Drive down to level 2 and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays. A uniformed driver will come out to meet you at your car and you'll need to give them the ticket you picked up at the barrier.

Terminal 5:
Leave the M4 at Junction 4 or Junction 14 at M25. Follow the signs to terminal 5. When you arrive, just follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay car park. Drive up the ramp and keep to the right. Drive under the yellow height restriction, keep left and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4. Follow the Avis signs towards the third set of barriers. Take a ticket at the entrance barrier and follow the signs 'Off Airport' to the end of the car park, to rows R & S.

Arrival procedure

Please call Parking Spotz on 07944 860 888 when you are 30 minutes away from the airport and the follow the instructions below.

Terminal 2:
Park your car in bays in 1-6 in row A or 1-14 in row B. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Parking Spotz representative at the terminal, who will be dressed in grey and pink. The driver will be carrying ID.

Terminal 3:
The Parking Spotz driver will be waiting for you at the lift area, near the payment machine. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Parking Spotz representative at the terminal, who will be dressed in grey and pink. The driver will be carrying ID.

Terminal 4:
Park your car in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays, on level 2. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Parking Spotz representative at the terminal, who will be dressed in grey and pink. The driver will be carrying ID.

Terminal 5:
Park your car in one of the 'Off Airport' bays, towards the end of the car park in rows R & S. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Parking Spotz representative at the terminal, who will be dressed in grey and pink. The driver will be carrying ID.

The earliest they can meet you is 5am. If you need to an earlier time slot please contact call the car park 24 hours prior to arrival.

Return procedure

When you arrive at the car park, you will be given instructions by the Handover Representative, which you need to follow on your return.

Once your car has been delivered, Parking Spotz will only pay for the exit charges for the Short Stay car park for up to 15 minutes. Any charges after this will be at the discretion of the car park and need to be paid for locally.

Security

The car park is secured by CCTV and floodlighting.

Disabled facilities

This service is ideal for disabled passengers, as you are met outside the terminal, within walking distance to check-in.

Additional information

The car park has a height limit of 2.2m.

Please do not park in disabled, Brown Badge or unpaid ticket bays, as Parking-Spotz will not be responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.

You will need to hand your keys over to the driver so that your vehicle can be moved to the car park. Parking Spotz cannot be held responsible for any car parking costs incurred if they are not able to move your vehicle or if you have not handed your keys to the representative.
