Leave the M25 at junction 14 and turn left at the roundabout if you are coming from the north, or right if you are coming from the south, towards Terminal 4. Go straight on at every roundabout along Airport Way and Southern Perimeter Road, following signs for terminal 4 and cargo, until you come to the roundabout by terminal 4. Take the third exit, which is signposted A30, central London and Hilton. The hotel entrance is the next left.

Arrival procedure

When you arrive at the Premier Inn T4 an attendant will lift the barrier and direct you to a drop-off bay. Please unload your luggage and head to the parking desk to check your car in. You’ll need to leave your keys. The parking desk is open from 4am to 1am. From here you can take the lift to the second floor of the hotel and walk through to the covered walkway to T4, which should take around 7-10 minutes.

In the meantime, the car park attendants will inspect your car and move it to their secured car park, where it will stay while you’re away.

Return procedure

After you’ve collected your luggage, please return to the Premier Inn T4 through the covered walkway and collect your keys from the parking desk. Then drive to the exit and an attendant will lift the barrier so you can drive home.

Security

While you're away, your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks. All their car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.

Disabled facilities

The car park welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers. Also, assistance will be on hand if you need it for the walk to the terminal.

Additional information

The parking desk is open from 4am to 1am.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

The car park can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. There is a height restriction of 2.1 metres. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if the car park can take your vehicle, call the provider prior to booking.

If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £20 per day. If your return flight plans change, please call the car park as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Did what it said on the can. Slight delay in dropping car off. We'd booked it from 6am but arrived 5.30am and there was no one on the counter. We had to go up to Premier Inn reception and they called someone who then arrived about 20 minutes later. Other than that it was all like clockwork and I'd be happy to use again :)

Initially l was very pleased with this, being a 10min walk to terminal 4 . On arrival we wrote down my mileage in note book which was then placed in the side pocket of the passenger door. On returning to the car and leaving the carpark my husband went to get the note book out, only to find the page torn out with our mileage on. I also have a wired-in dashcam so thought all the movements of the car would be recorded so would double check this when l got home. When we checked the recordings we found that the dashcam has been disconnected. I have been in touch with the parking company who have no answers, other than saying the dashcam could have been unplugged in case it drained my battery, which of course it would not do as its hard wired in . Regarding the notebook with the mileage torn out they could not give me an answer ! So my advice is photograph your mileage with your mobile phone then you have a copy dated as proof. They did offer me a photo dated that they had taken , but as l pointed out this was no good as l had no record of my mileage , so they could tell me anything. So please beware .
