Transfers from airport
Transfers are available on request and run regularly to Terminal 4, taking ca. 5 minutes. They are included in the price. Transfer buses run from 03:30 until midnight.
Directions
From the M25, take the exit at junction 14. At the roundabout, take the third exit if you're coming from the South, or the first exit if you're coming from the North, onto the A3113. Take the second exit at the next roundabout onto Southern Perimeter Road. Carry on along Southern Perimeter Road and go straight across at the roundabout, second exit. At the next small roundabout, take the second exit to carry on along Southern Perimeter Road. Pass the Hilton hotel on your right and the car park will be 300 metres along on the left.
Arrival procedure
When you arrive at the car park, please pull into one of the arrival bays and head to reception to hand over your keys, booking reference and return flight details. Then take the transfer bus to the terminal while a member of the car park's friendly team parks your car for you.
Return procedure
When you get back, please collect your bags and call Purple Parking on 01895 543 699 to let them know you are back, then go to bus stop 21 where you were dropped off and take the minibus back to the car park. Your car will be waiting in one of the collection bays. Please pick your keys up from the reception and you'll be free to head home.
Security
The car park has perimeter fencing and CCTV, as well as regular security patrols.
Additional information
The car park serves Terminal 4 and can only accept vehicles that will fit into a standard sized parking space.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £10.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not accepted.
