Arrival procedure

The car park is only open from 04:30 until 23:00.

Star Parking (AAP LTD) Meeting points at Heathrow:

Terminal 3:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time. Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and keep to the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.

Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our AAP LTD (Star Parking) paperwork. They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return. Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight.

Terminal 4:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time. Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures, as you approach the Terminal take the ramp up to the Departure level. There are 3 lanes stay in the third lane which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up. Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our AAP LTD (Star Parking) paperwork. They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return. Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight. Once your flight has landed we will then dispatch your vehicle so that when you walk out of the Terminal building your vehicle will be there waiting for you. It's as simple as that.

Please note that Terminal 4 is located on the Southern Perimeter road and not located in the centre area, unlike Terminals 1 and 3.

Terminal 5:
Please call when you are 30 minutes from your scheduled time. Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

Note: Please be aware height restrictions apply at all Heathrow terminal car parks and the maximum height is 2.05m, terminal 3/5 car parks do have a high sided vehicle entrances on the ground floors.

Return procedure

Once you have landed back into Heathrow Airport, and collected your luggage, call Star Meet & Greet on the phone number provided, and they will have your car delivered within 10 minutes for T1, 2 and 3 and within 15 minutes for T4.

On your arrival back to T3:
Please call once you have collected your luggage. Make your way back to where you dropped off your vehicle.

On your arrival back to T4:
Please call once you have collected your luggage. Make your way back to where you dropped off your vehicle.

On your arrival back to T5:
Please call once you have collected your luggage. Make your way back to where you dropped off your vehicle.

Security

Cars are stored at a secured car park which is fully fenced, floodlit, and has security CCTV cameras, microwave detection system and 24 hour patrols, with an on-site security office, so you can feel at ease knowing your car is safe.

Disabled facilities

Suitable service which can be used by disabled clients. Please contact the chauffeur the day prior to your departure if you have any special requirements.

Airport Access Fee

Price excludes £5.60 (£2.80 each way) Airport Access Fee.

This is to cover the cost of new charges being levied by Heathrow Airport from July 24th 2012 to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.

when we got our car back from drivefly it was covered in dead leaves which were stuck all over the car and windscreens,when I asked if the car had been parked in Epping Forest ?, the driver replied"I only picked the car up".I asked how could he see out of the windscreens and he just shrugged his shoulders ,I signed for the car and wrote on the ticket that I was disgusted with the state of the car because it had been cleaned and polished before we handed the car over. We will not be using them again.
