During school holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Years the following procedures apply as these are our peak periods, this makes our service a lot more efficient during these busy times.
When exiting the airport tunnel, keep in the lane furthest to the left. Follow the sign for: "Terminal 1", "Customer Arrival", "Short-Stay Car Park". Collect your ticket and pass through the barrier. Take the second left which will direct you to the ground level of the car park. Park your car in zone D.
Terminal 3:
Follow the signs for Terminal 3 after going through the airport tunnel. Then follow the signs for Terminal 3 passenger drop off point. Park your car at the furthest lane away from the departures building.

Follow the signs for Terminal 3 after going through the airport tunnel. Follow the signs for "Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park". Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to level 5 of the car park. Please park in zone "A" which is located near to the lifts which will take you.
Terminal 4:
As you turn off the roundabout towards terminal 4, keep your car on the left-hand lane, taking you up a ramp towards terminal 4 drop-off point. Park your car at the furthest drop-off lane from the terminal building.
Terminal 5:
Head towards the pick-up and departure point which will direct you up the flyover. Keep your vehicle on the right side of the ramp. Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, keep in the left-hand lane marked Fast track Business Parking. Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket. Make your way to Zones L-M and park your vehicle.
Here you will be greeted by one of Drivefly chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with Drivefly company logo on it.
Arrival procedure

Please call the number on your confirmation 20-30 mins prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.
After following directions to your terminal, you will be greeted by a chauffeur, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with Drivefly company logo on it.
In the event that you do not receive a phone call from one of our staff members within 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival, please call the car park.
In order to park your car on a secure car park, it may be driven roughly 9 miles, maximum of 16 miles.

Return procedure

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. You will be asked to remain in the terminal building (Drivefly does not like our customers waiting in wet or cold conditions). Once the chauffeur arrives back at the departures lane, he will call you to come and collect your car, and assist you with your luggage.

Security
The car park where your car will be stored has security fencing-barbed wire with CCTV and barrier controls. The site also has security lighting, with 24-hour security.
By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.
Disabled facilities
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00.
There is no additional charge to the customer for entering and exiting the car park.
A mobile number must be provided while purchasing the booking.
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify Drivefly on the number supplied or the supplier you booked with as soon as possible.
Waiting time: As long arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 20 minutes.
Price includes Airport Levied Access Fee.

Not tried such a service before
Overall I was very pleased with the outcome and the lack of delays. The price charged now beats offsite parking like purple parking for 4 week parking anyway. Staff extremely efficient and calls answered promptly.
The drop off instructions could be clearer, I arrived early as a meeting was cancelled and did not call ahead as I was already driving.
I printed the instructions out but the phone number to call was lost in all the text and I could not find in a hurry. Anyway the staff sorted me out, thanks!

Never made clear about having to parking ticket on exit, £6.50 to leave the car park it is apparent no designated parking to collect the car is available, they leave the car in the short stay car park.
Will not use again !!

Been using meet and greet for years. This company is the worst, their customer service is rudest ever and they don’t care about being rude and if you don’t mind 30 miles being put on your car. Will never use again and the website used to provide different meet and greet company also not interested in how their customer is spoken to.
