Excellent service. Easy to find, with a free London bus service to Heathrow T 5 just a 5 minute walk away. My car battery was dead when we returned from our holiday. The receptionist immediately offered use of their facilities while we waited for the AA.

Nice & cheap parking, a bit tricky to find, because of wrong post code, use 0RF instead.
If you come without reservation, that's still cheaper than parking at Heathrow, only 12 pounds per 24 hours.
A buses come every 5 -10 minutes, to get to Terminal 5 take about 20 min, return time about 6 min from Terminal 5 to parking.
Will use again

After eventually finding the Thistle Hotel (even using the recommended postcode the sat navs didn't find the front entrance) the parking itself was more than adequate. Unfortunately the Hotel reception wasn't aware of our arrival so didn't have our details and we ended up having to complete a form with the same details as the booking. This meant we missed the bus to the terminal. As we didn't want to risk waiting another 30 mins (we had to get to T2 which was a longer journey) we had to use the POD to get to T5 and then get the tube to T2. The PODs are fantastic and it was a quick and easy journey but this cost £5 per person for a few minute journey and bumped the price up to what it would have cost using my normal parking option. On our return we were unable to get back through the gate for the Hotel after leaving the POD. The keypad for entering your gate access code wasn't working and neither was the 'call' button to contact reception. This left us and another couple in the cold and wet late at night trying to find the hotel telephone number. Eventually we got through. I'm not saying don't use this car park but leave plenty of time.
