If you don't receive a call from Park Up, give them a call 15 minutes before you're due to arrive on 07872 186 198, 07872 186 245 or 07872 186 286.

- Leave the M25 at junction 14.


Terminal 2:

Follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area to Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
When you exit the tunnel keep right, passing the Central bus station and joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Keep right again as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Continue to keep right up the ramp, as it will lead directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers.
Choose either lane 5 or 6 towards the ticket machine, which will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Once you have entered the car park keep right for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
Park your vehicle in Rows A or B. Here you'll see one of the chauffeurs in a black jacket who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have your booking details.


Terminal 3:

Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area.
Exiting the tunnel, keep in the first lane and follow signs for the Terminal 3 Short Stay car park.
Take a ticket from the barrier, head to the Short Stay car park and drive to Level 4, row A to meet your driver.

Terminal 4:
Leave the M4 at Junction 4 (or if you're coming from the M25, leave at Junction 14).
Follow the signs to Terminal 4. When you arrive, just follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park.
Drive down to level 2 following the off-airport and parking signs.
On level 2 follow the road to the left, drive to the end of Row F and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.

Terminal 5:
When you get to the airport, follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. As you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout, it's on the right-hand side of the ramp.
After following the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, you'll see a sign on the left lane marked Level 4, stay in this lane until you come to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R-S.
Park your car in the Off Airport Meet and Greet area and you'll be met by a Park Up driver in uniform.

Arrival procedure

A driver will come over to you wearing a black jacket with the Park Up logo on it. They'll give you a number to call when you get back from holiday and take your keys, then you can head to check-in while your driver takes your car and parks it in Park Up's secured car park away from the airport.

Return procedure

Terminal 2:When you've collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call Park Up on the number you were given, then make your way to the same place you dropped your car off; Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting in row B, next to the lift/pay machines.

Terminal 3:When you've collected your luggage, call Park Up on the number you were given, then make your way to the same place you dropped your car off on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting in row A.

Terminal 4:Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number your driver gave you when your car was collected.

Terminal 5:When you've collected your luggage, call Park Up on the number you were given, then make your way to the same place you dropped your car off, which is Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. You'll see your car in Row R or S waiting with your driver.

Security

Your car will be stored at the Park Up car park - it has security fencing, CCTV and 24-hour patrols.

Important

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/not long wheelbase) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Park Up is only available to take and return cars between 4am and midnight.

During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. Park Up will tell you about this if it affects you.
