Please call the number on your confirmation approx. 15 min before arriving at the airport. On arrival, please pull up in the pick up and collection point adjacent to the terminal where the driver will collect your vehicle.
Return procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
On your return, please phone when you arrive in the baggage reclaim area, before you collect your baggage. A driver will be sent with your car to meet you at the terminal.
Security
All the drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Your car will be taken to a fully secure compound, where it will remain until your return.

How can a customer be assured their vehicle won't be used for unauthorised purposes
The customers note down their mileage when dropping off the car.
Car relocation service
If the customer drops the car off at Leeds Bradford but they return to a different airport, they can request the car relocation service.

Excellent service. Traffic delayed our arrival at the airport and we received a phone call checking in with us at our scheduled arrival time. When we did arrive, the driver was there to meet us. We called as instructed on our return and, again, the driver returned our car within minutes. Would recommend and use again.

As instructed I called the mobile number 10-15 mins before arriving at Leeds Bradford airport. Made four calls each of which told me my call could not be taken. Called the emergency number when I reached the airport and was told they would be there within a couple of minutes which they were. Apparently the customer mobile was on silent! Apart from that everything was perfect. I have used the service on several occasions previously without issues.
