Directions

At the roundabout on the A658, near the airport, take the first exit if you are travelling north, or the third exit if you are travelling south, onto Warren House Lane. Follow this road for around half a mile and the entrance to the car park will be on the left.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please proceed through the barrier into the vehicle check unit where your car will be scanned. Once you’re through, please leave your car in a drop-off lane and check it in at reception. You’ll need to leave your keys with them so they can park your car for you. Then catch the transfer bus to the terminal.

Return procedure

On your return, please catch the car park's bus from where it dropped you off, then head to reception at the car park to pick up your keys.

Security

The car park is monitored by CCTV 24/7, it also has entry and exit barriers.

Disabled facilities

If you have special accessibility requirements, please check into Viking car park as normal. You will then be sent to Express parking, which has a more suitable surface for wheelchair access, where you will hand your keys in. When you return, please pick up your keys from the Express parking reception, where your car will be waiting for you.

Also, if you are travelling with large mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and electric scooters, please call the car park on 07715 056 415 to discuss arrangements for your vehicle drop off and collection.

Additional information

The car park has a height restriction of 2.7m, and width restriction of 2.5m.

You'll need to verify the condition of your car on arrival and confirm it is in the same condition on your return. In the unlikely event of damage, you need to report this with reception before exiting the car park, otherwise the car park cannot accept liability.
