Directions
Please check your email confirmation for details.
At the roundabout on the A658, near the airport, take the third exit if you are travelling north, and the first exit if you are travelling south, onto Whitehouse Lane. Take the second exit at the next roundabout. Take the first right after the Travelodge and follow signs for the Long Stay car park. You can park in either Long Stay 1 or Long Stay 2.
Give yourself at least 20 minutes to park and get to the airport.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please pull up to the car park's entrance barrier. Your registration will be recognised and the barrier will lift to let you in.
If your car registration is not recognised for some reason, please hold the barcode in the located top right of your booking confirmation just below the reader. When your barcode has been successfully scanned, the scanner will beep to confirm and the barrier will rise.
If you need any assistance, please press the call button which can be found on all entry or exit barriers at the car park.
Once you’ve parked, please follow signs to catch the car park's bus to the terminal.
Return procedure
On your return, please catch the bus to the car park from where it dropped you off. You will find your car where you left it. Follow the signs to the exit. As you approach the barrier, your car registration plate will be recognised and the barrier will lift.
If your car registration is not recognised, please hold the barcode located in the top right of your booking confirmation just below the reader. When your barcode has been successfully scanned, the scanner will beep to confirm, the barrier will rise and you will be allowed to exit.
Security
The car park has regular patrols, CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and floodlighting at night. The car park has also been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks accredited by the police.
Disabled facilities
There are blue badge spaces available, but please make sure you have your badge in the windscreen. There are also low-loading transfer buses available that are designed for easy wheelchair access.
Additional information
This product cannot be cancelled or amended once booked.
You drive to the car park and keep your keys.
There is no height limit, but there is a width restriction of 2.5 metres.
Skis, bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won't fit into the luggage racks can't be carried on the transfer buses.

after been stuck in alicante for 4 hours longer that expected because of snow its annoying, but when you try getting out of the car park they want another fiver for the for hours over stay this is so inconvenient having to route through your luggage looking for cards or cash. its not the fiver its the fact the airport was closing until the following morning so it wasnt as if the spaces were needed.....greed

It did surprise us that our 12 noon arrival booking appeared on the confirmation as 12 pm ie. midnight. This meant that it was necessary to ring to check that we really were booked in for 12 noon. Apologies were forthcoming and another confirmation sent - again with 12 pm !! When the day arrived all went very smoothly but I remain surprised.

Very bad experience dropping my family off in my crew cab. 1.9 m height restriction meant I had to reverse all the way out as it's just over 2.0m high. Tried intercom to exit through bus lane to no avail. Traffic cones everywhere, confusing is not the word.
