Directions
From the A406 near Barking, keep going south until you reach the large roundabout and take the second exit onto Royal Docks Road. After a few minutes, you’ll come to an oval roundabout and here you should take the second exit onto the A1020 Royal Albert Way. Keep going along the A1020 and take the second exit at the Royal Albert Roundabout. Shortly after, you’ll come to the Connaught Roundabout and here you should take the first exit across Connaught Bridge. You’ll then come to yet another roundabout where you need to take the first exit and at the roundabout after that, it's the second exit onto the A112. Take the first left onto Hartmann Road and after a short while, you should see the terminal car park on your left where you will meet your driver.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please park in the Short Stay/Terminal car park and take a ticket from the barrier. You will need it to hand over to your designated driver. They will unload your luggage for you and walk you to the terminal.
Return procedure
On your return, your porter will meet you in the terminal and take your luggage back to your car. Your car will have been valeted in and out and will have complimentary bottled water for your journey.
Your porter will then show you to the exit barrier and let you out, covering your exit fees.
Security

Disabled facilities
As there is no requirement for transfers, disabled travellers should this type of parking much more convenient than other methods.
Additional information
The car park only accepts vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres and width of 2.5 metres. The car park entrance is 2 metres high, so you'll need to remove anything on the roof of your car before you can get in.
If you will be returning more than 10 minutes early or late please call the car park to let them know.
While you're away, your car will be parked in an indoor NCP car park.
