A Saphire Trio Meet & Greet chauffeur will meet you at the airport's short stay car park. Your car will be stored in their secure car park just 2 miles away. When you return it will be delivered back to you at the airport.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required as this is a meet and greet service. Your car is collected and returned to you at the airport.
Directions
From Central London:
Take the A13 eastwards out of London. Turn right onto the A1261. At the junction with the A1020 take the 4th exit on the roundabout. Carry on along the A1020 following the signs for the airport.
From the East:
Take the A13 towards London. At the junction with the A1020, take the 1st exit on the roundabout. Carry on along the A1020 following the signs for the airport.
Arrival procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
Please call 0203 221 2072 or 07903 416577 when you are 20 minutes from the airport. On arrival at the airport drive into the Short Stay car park and take a ticket. You will need to hand your keys along with your ticket to our driver. Please take all your valuables with you.
Return procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
When you arrive back, please call 0203 221 2072 or 07903 416577 once you have landed. Our driver will meet you at the Short Stay car park. You will be given a car park ticket.
Please note: There is a £7.50 charge to exit the car park.
Security
The car park has 24 hour patrols, barrier entry and holds the 'Park Mark' safer parking award.

This service is ideal for disabled travellers.

Minimum stays and charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.
Maximum height for this car park is 2 meters and width is 2.5 meters.
In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following information: Inbound & Outbound flight numbers, car details and a contact telephone number.
There is a 15 minutes maximum wait allowed in the Short Stay Car Park.

Couldn't fault Saphire Meet & greet service, the lady on the phone even helped navigate me to avoid a nasty traffic jam. Peter who looked after my car was equally pleasant and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend using them again.
