Accessibility
There are Blue Badge bays available. The Valet bays, however, are even closer to the terminal. There's an accessible sheltered pathway that takes you straight there.
Good service, but wasn't made clear where to collect car on return [ie that you have to go to desk in terminal first].

Drop off was great, I just pulled up at the vallet parking hut and handed over my keys, collecting a receipt.
Upon my return, which had been delayed due to my flight being cancelled and me needing to get from Heathrow to City of London, I encountered problems as the staff at the airport wanted me to pay an extra £70 to get my car. They said they had no record of my payment, £73.00 in advance. Luckily I had a printout of the receipt on me and they relectantly let me take my car, stating that the company I booked through should not be taking advance payments.
I am concerned as to what would have happened if I had been any later, i.e. after 22:00, as the airport shuts. Would I have been able to collect my car???
Also it is a bit expensive, but the flight was cheaper than Heathrow.

Awful. We booked valet parking 3 months in advance for a saturday morning, the money was taken out of our account and when we arrived we were told there was and never has been valet parking at City Airport on a Saturday!
