Directions

From the M1, take junction 10, and use the left two lanes to exit towards A1081/Luton(S)/Airport. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto New Airport Way/A1081. Take a slight left onto the B653 and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Gipsy Ln/B653. At the next roundabout continue straight onto Windmill Rd/A505, and then at the roundabout after that take the 3rd exit onto Crawley Green Rd/A6. Turn left onto Crescent Road (A6) and look for Pink Parking signs and banners by the car park entrance.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the customer reception. A car park attendant will greet you, present you with a return card showing your vehicle identification and load your luggage onto the transfer bus.

Please allow extra time for transfers to the airport if travelling during the rush hour.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the car park to request collection after you have cleared customs. The number will be provided in your confirmation email. The transfer bus will meet you inside the Passenger Car Drop off area and the driver will load your luggage before taking you back to your car. At customer reception, please present your return card to receive your keys. Your vehicle will be parked nearby in the exit lane ready for you to drive home.

Security

The car park has a steel perimeter fence, flood lighting and full CCTV throughout. It has been awarded the Park Mark award.

Additional information

This service is non-flexible, which means bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

You will be required to leave your keys.

The car park accepts vehicles up to the size of a transit van; anything larger may be turned away or charged extra for.

Please bring proof of purchase with you on the day of travel.
