Directions

If coming via the M1 motorway come off slip road, which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout, take second exit sign posted Airport. The airport is well sign posted from this point.
Please go into airport, at first roundabout straight across and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier on to your is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station.

Arrival procedure

Please call our team of chauffeurs when you are 20 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at the designated meet & greet point in the short stay which is close to the entrance barrier.

It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible.

The chauffeur will be easily recognisable. The chauffeur will check your car for any existing damages and mark them on our process form.

Luton Meet & Greet will park your car for you on a secure car park 5 miles away from the airport.

Return procedure

You will be met in the short stay car park at the designated meet & greet point which is close to the barrier at the entrance.

There is a fee set by the airport of £3.80 for the first 15 minutes which you will be required to pay.

Security

24 hour manned security, on site guard house with regular patrols, high security fence, operated barrier, CCTV.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
