From M1:
At the roundabout take the 3rd Exit for New Airport Way. Continue onto the New Airport Way(A505). Keep right to stay on New Airport Way (A505). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Vauxhall Way/A505. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit Green Gates into Restricted usage road. Arrive at Airport Parking Luton Park & Ride, Eaton Green Rd, Luton LU2 9XF. As you drive into the Airport Parking Luton Park & Ride Car Park, keep right and follow the road ahead.

Arrival procedure
On arrival at the access road to Airport Parking Park & Ride, continue straight ahead to the car park. Please proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the Customer Reception. A car park attendant will greet you and present you with a return card, featuring your vehicle identification. The attendant will load your luggage allowing you to board the shuttle luggage-free. They will then park your vehicle for you. Your shuttle will depart as quickly as possible, and always within 20 minutes.
Return procedure
On your return, please call the car park on 07984 600 500 after you have cleared customs to request collection. The shuttle will meet you inside the Passenger Car Drop off area. All their shuttles are easily identified by the brand logo (Premium Park and Ride). The drivers will be pleased to load your luggage and have you back with your car within 10 minutes. On return to Customer Reception, please present your return card to receive your keys. Your vehicle will be parked nearby in the exit lane ready to go home.
Security
The car park offers flood-lit parking bays, secure gates, regular security patrols, high security fencing, and CCTV.
Do not trust the staff here. I had ten pounds in change stolen from my car. I reported this issue directly to the staff in the portakabin office and said he could not do anything, despite him having the names of all people who had contact with my car in the two days it was parked here. Really sad that you cannot trust people. Especially in the office when there was sniggering and laughing from the other employees in the office when I was reporting the theft. I have reported my complaint several times, but not had an acceptable response as of yet.
