Arrival procedure
There is no need to call when you are heading to the airport. There is a designated Blue Circle Parking desk located in the multi storey car park, where their friendly chauffeurs will be waiting to accept your car. However, if you think you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, please call the car park on the number provided.
On your arrival at Luton airport, please follow the signs to Terminal Car Park 1. In the car park, please drive up to Level 3 and follow signs to Off Airport Meet and Greet area. Once on level 3, please follow the lane to the right where you will see the Blue Circle Parking desk on the left. Please have your email booking confirmation ready, together with your return flight details.
Return procedure
On your return, please call the car park once you have collected all your luggage and are about to clear Customs. Please let them know in case of any delays. Then make your way to where you dropped the car off (Terminal Car park 1, Level 3), where your car will be ready and waiting for you in the "Off Airport Meet and Greet" area.
Security
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound. The yard is fully secure, insured, and manned 24 hours a day. Your car will remain here until your return.

This product in non-flexible and bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made.
This service is provided by Blue Circle.
Overstays will be charged at £15.00 per day (subject to change). If your return time passes midnight from your actual booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £15.00 will be due.
There is a height restriction of 2.1 meters.
Please note that as of 14th June 2018, there are roadworks and other improvements works ongoing at Luton Airport, expected to last for 18 months. Please allow plenty of additional travel time to accommodate these changes and increased traffic levels.

Terrible service on return had to wait 30 mins for the car to be returned, the area you wait in is on the 3rd floor totally open sides to the car park with freezing gale force winds - please be honest and say that the car will be late then we could stay in the warm and have a coffee until ready

In all my time using "meet and greet" this was the best; perhaps it was helped by being under cover in the multi-storey car park and that my flight back was delayed.
Will certainly use again provided the cost has not escalated

Straightforward. Quick and simple service both on arriving and departing. Car was waiting for us when we came back ( we did have a long delay on the plane once we had landed). First time user and will use again, it is a longer walk than some meet and greet arrangements at other airports but that may be due to alterations at Luton. It’s a few hundred yards but all but the last 100 are under cover.
