Directions

From M1:
At the roundabout take the third exit for New Airport Way. Continue onto the New Airport Way (A505). Keep right to stay on New Airport Way(A505). At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Vauxhall Way/A505. At the next roundabout, take the fourth exit, proceeding through the Green Gates into Restricted usage road. As you drive into the Swift Park & Ride Car Park, keep right and follow the road ahead.

Arrival procedure

On arrival at the access road to the car park, please continue straight ahead to the car park and proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the customer reception. An attendant will greet you and present you with a return card, featuring your vehicle identification and will load your luggage allowing you to board the shuttle bus. They will then park your vehicle for you.

Please note that while the journey time to the terminal is typically 4 minutes, please allow extra time if travelling during the rush hour.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the number provided after you have cleared customs to request collection. The shuttle will meet you inside the Passenger Car Drop-off area. On return to the customer reception, please present your return card to receive your keys. Your vehicle will be parked nearby in the exit lane ready for you to go home.

Security

The car park has been awarded the Park Mark award for security. Security features include CCTV, barrier and 8ft high perimeter fencing.

If disabled customers require assistance, staff will be on hand to help.

You will be required to leave your keys.

Long wheel base vehicles and vans are charged at £10 per week extra; caravans, camper vans, minibuses and trailers are charged at £15 per week extra. The fee is payable to the car park on arrival.

Customers are reminded that no valuables including any amount of cash should be left in the vehicles whilst you are away.

Swift Park & Ride Return Meet

If you book the Swift Park & Ride Return Meet product, you drive to the car park on arrival following the arrival procedure above but on return your car will be brought back to the Multi-Storey car park ready for pick-up.

On return, while you're waiting for your luggage, please call Swift on the number on your confirmation. Your driver will bring your car back to the Multi-Storey car park to meet you when you get there. If you come back any later than planned, you'll need to pay your driver for the extra time when you get back.

The car park will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If the driver has to wait longer than 15 minutes you will need to pay £7 to exit the car park, and this will continue to increase the longer the driver has to wait. This is how much the airport charge.
