If you're using Sat Nav, please use the postcode LU2 9LY.

From the east/A1:
Go via the A505 dual carriageway through Hitchin and follow the signs to the airport.

From the M40/M25/M1:
Join the M1 and exit at Junction 10.

From these points follow signs to the airport. Once you are on the airport grounds Terminal Car Park 2 will be signposted.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please drive to the barrier and your registration will be automatically recognised. Then take a ticket from the machine and drive through the barriers. You can park in any space and keep hold of your keys. Then take the 4-minute walk to the terminal.

Return procedure

On your return, please walk back to your car from the terminal and make your way to the exit barrier. Then insert the ticket into the machine and the barrier will lift automatically.

If there are any issues, please press the intercom button for assistance and have your booking reference to hand, so one of the team will be able to help you.

Security

The car park has CCTV, regular staff patrols, entry and exit barriers and is Park Mark awarded.

Disabled facilities

There are designated Blue Badge bays, which work on a first come, first served basis. You'll need to display your badge while you're away.

Additional information

This is an official on airport car park where you park your car and keep hold of your keys.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

If you park longer than booked, you’ll be charged the car park’s standard rate of £58 (subject to change).
