Our Customer Review Policies
We have created the car park review system so that users can leave their comments and reviews about the car parking services that can be compared and booked on Airport Parking Shop. We hope to help other users who are looking to book airport parking by providing honest and open information about the car park services.
So that it remains a useful resource for all our users and visitors to the site we have to have some policies relating to what we deem appropriate. These policies must be followed and if users leave reviews and comments which infringe our policies, their comments will not be published and they will be refused entry into our competition.
A non-exhaustive list of things we will not tolerate is given below. We will be the judge as to whether the comment is suitable or not and our decision is final.
Offensive, inflammatory or discriminatory comments
We are very much in favour of reasonable comments and want everyone to be able to have their say and express their opinions. We will not exclude a comment if it contains negative feedback on a service but we will not tolerate people who resort to swearing and other offensive or discriminatory commentary.
Product or site promotion
The review system is for leaving comments on a specific car park or car parking service so we do not want users to use this area to promote either their own web site or other sites of no relevance.
What we do want
We want honest and open reviews of how you found the car parking service which you booked through us. Were the instructions to get to the car park clear and useful? Was the process as described on the site? Were the staff helpful? Were the transfers as stated? Did you encounter any problems? Were you generally happy/unhappy with the service you received? Would you use the service again or recommend it to others?
