Directions
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and get in the lane for Terminal 3. Follow this road for 0.7 miles, then at the traffic lights turn right into Ringway Road, signposted for Terminal 3 and Car Rental Return. Follow Ringway Road for 0.5 miles. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Parade Road, signposted T1 and T2. Follow this road for 0.1 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T1 and T2. At the following roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T3 Meet and Greet (M&G) Reception. The entrance to T3 M&G (Meet & Greet) is straight ahead.
Arrival procedure
When you reach the entrance to the terminal Meet and Greet car park, please press the help button and quote your booking reference number and name to a member of staff. On arrival you'll go through an inspection area, which will automatically scan your car and record its condition. Once you've parked, please unload your luggage and enter the Meet and Greet reception to drop off your key. Key rings and other keys can't be taken, so please separate your car key from the others. You'll be given a receipt for your key, which you should keep safe for when you get back. Then follow the footpath into Terminal 3.
Return procedure
On your return, please turn right out of arrivals. When you get to the taxi rank, cross to the other side of the road, where the multi-storey car parks are. Then go straight ahead, past the multi-storey on your left, and you'll see the Meet and Greet reception. You'll need to show your receipt at reception to collect your keys. Your car will be parked next to reception.
If you're late picking your car up, you'll need to pay for the extra parking at the car park's overstay rate which is currently £25 per day (subject to change). If you pick your car up early, you won't be given a refund.
Security
The car park has entry/exit barriers and is regularly patrolled. It has been awarded the Park Mark security award.
Disabled facilities
This service is ideal for disabled passengers as there's no need for transfers. There are disabled bays for Blue Badge holders.
Additional information
Your car can only be returned to the terminal you have booked.
The car park has luggage trolleys near the arrival lanes, which cost £1 to use.
The maximum height restriction is 2.0 metres.
Trailers are not allowed in the car park.
